Revival begins with the church. The days are upon us that the early apostles spoke of: the days that the Word of God would be taught entirely for monetary gain; the days of false teachings; and the days wherein the truth would be bitterly attacked. Through diluted teachings and preaching, the Word of God has been watered down with the world's standards. The introduction of programs to entertain people, instead of directing them to Jesus Christ, has prevented many from knowing the truth of God's Word. People have been snared by the lust of their desires.
Somewhere during the time period after man landed on the moon in 1969 and the close of the Vietnam War in 1975, Christianity got a face-lift. Prayer had been abolished in public schools and the women's liberation movement had done more than just acquire equal rights for women. A growing dissatisfaction was brewing among many in the church. The need for something new stirred the people to seek change. The world's philosophies were indoctrinated into the church and the creed of the apostles and prophets became obsolete. Contemporary churches replaced traditional churches. Jesus was no more the foundation that the church was built upon. These new changes ultimately lead to the slow and subtle deterioration of many sanctuaries. Church leaders became more interested in satisfying their congregation than in pleasing God. No longer was the mission of the church to declare God’s will to the people, but to indulge the desires of the people. Activities once considered “worldly” by the church became the norm. Exposure: Revealing God’s Will to His People enlightens the reader to the deception Satan uses to deceive people, by illuminating God’s truths through His written Word. The heart of God for His church is revealed in Exposure: Revealing God’s Will to His People
