Where's the Fruit?

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. John 15:4
We are living in a time where ostentatious behaviors and false prophecies are accepted as the norm in Christian ministry. These subtle tactics are used to snare unsuspecting parishioners into dens of lies. God never called these prophets, nor did He send them; yet they speak daily from the depths of their thoughts what they believe one wants to hear.
These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
Jude 1:16
Jesus saved us because we were lost, and once saved, we were commissioned to go into all the world and make disciples. All that we do, and all that we say, should glorify God. Jesus said, "Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples."(John 15:8)
God called us to come after Him; to daily pick up our cross and follow Him. Following Christ makes us fruit bearers. Following Christ causes us to bless when we feel like cursing; following Christ will make us love our enemies; following Christ will cause us to forgive one another. Following Christ enables us to endure all things; hope all things; and forgive all things.
The fruit of the Holy Spirit is birthed through having a relationship with Jesus Christ. Follow Christ this year and watch your blessings overtake you.
