The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. -Proverbs 18:10
Over 25 years ago, the Lord said to me, “You don’t even know My Name.”
I was stunned. I had believed I did know His Name. I had studied my Bible. I attended Seminary. What did God mean by saying I didn’t “even” know His Name?
He did not just say, “I didn’t know His Name.” He inserted the adverb, “even” to emphasize my lack of knowledge. That in all my learning and getting, I still did not know Him.
